Bonnie Komo – Elite Teams Secretary
Bonnie Komo

I enjoy researching and learning about new businesses and Nonprofit organizations in order to keep up with industry methods. I have over 20-years’ experience working with IBM executives and customers in many areas of business working with diverse people and cultures. This experience provided me a deep level of understanding in contract management and processes such as: contract deliverables, issues, risks, management, communications, and business controls/audit support.

My biggest strength is flexibility and I’m ready to take on new responsibilities. I also listen to what people like and need, and work with them to achieve their goals. I can work and get along with anyone, especially after traveling to Brazil working in a culture that was new to me proved that I am up for any challenge. In addition, I traveled to Central America on Mission trips, Israel, and Spain.

On a personal level, I have an MBA in Business Administration & Management. I like being active by walking and swimming. I have competed in over 15 marathons and in triathlons for 10-years. I did two Ironman competitions, and I love being around positive people and energy!

My Goal is to help ELITE Teams be successful in their mission.

2 CORINTHIANS 12:9-10

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
