Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Agreement

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate as a member of the Elite Teams non-profit organization ("Elite Teams") in various activities, events, and tasks, both indoors and outdoors, that may involve physical exertion, potential hazards, and unforeseen risks. In consideration of being allowed to participate in these activities, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that the activities I will engage in as a volunteer for Elite Teams may include, but are not limited to, physical exercise, training, event setup and teardown, event management, and other tasks. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to, bodily injury, emotional distress, property damage, and even death. I understand that these risks may arise from the actions or negligence of myself or others, the condition of the premises, equipment, or facilities, and the weather conditions.

Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that my participation in Elite Teams activities is entirely voluntary. I am not being forced or coerced into participating against my will. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarification about the nature of the activities, the risks involved, and any other concerns I may have had.

Physical Condition and Medical Advice: I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no known medical condition that would prevent my participation in these activities. I have not received any medical advice that would advise against my participation.

Release and Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in Elite Teams activities, I hereby release and discharge Elite Teams, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, rights of actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or relating to any bodily injury, emotional distress, property damage, or other loss that may occur as a result of my participation in these activities.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Teams, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, rights of actions, or causes of action, arising out of or relating to my participation in Elite Teams activities.

Use of Likeness: I grant Elite Teams the right to use any photographs, recordings, or images of me taken during my participation in activities for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation or notification.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT, AND I AM AWARE THAT I AM GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT.
