Mission: Elite Teams is an Extreme Discipleship and Mentorship program designed to impact at-risk individuals. Our mission is to provide a clear pathway to success by engaging the individual’s physical, mental, spiritual, and social development and guiding them into a path to success through our extreme training processes.
What are Elite Teams?
Elite teams are small units of young men and young women who have decided to overcome choices they have made in their lives by becoming mentally strong, physically strong, and most important spiritually strong through obstacle course training, and team building evolutions.
Our Goal:
To build strong leaders and impact those who are being targeted to enter gangs through discipline, character building, team building, and establish the confidence to avoid a life of crime. We want to encourage Elite Team’s training style all over the world.
What have you got to lose? We are not the answer to your problems…..we simply train you to discover that the answer has been available all along. We just help bring understanding to the surface.
Our History:
Elite teams started in a little town in Lancaster Pa. with young men and women who were living a life destined for destruction by their own admission. They were at the stage of determining right and wrong, and choosing direction for their lives. For the majority, that was leading them to incarceration.
Our methods have opened doors to work with young people and young adults in Central America destined for life in the gangs. Also, our mission has taken us to various gang prisons in Central America. Our desire is that none would perish, that all would come to an understanding of right and wrong and lead others to follow the same journey.
We have seen the potential in these young people, and are excited to tell the stories of lives completely changed.
